This project is an historic renovation. Work includes selective interior demolition, historically accurate refurbishment of doors and windows, construction of new offices as well as the installation of new holding cells and interview rooms in the Marshal’s area. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems are being updated. All of the work includes specialty security construction features. |

Project Description :
Works included the removal of eleven thousand feet of carpet and associated wooden base board and replace it with Ceramic Tile in Building 5450. This work had to be done after hours to not impact the day to day flow of personnel and services that was conducted in this facility.
